Quilts 2013 at Lake Metroparks Farmpark is undeniably one of Ohio’s finest
quilt shows. Come view more than 200 quilted works on display. Embrace the
color and warmth of this annual exhibit while admiring quilters’ handiwork,
featuring the works by featured and regional artists.
Now in its 22nd
year, the exhibit showcases a variety of works including traditional bed
quilts, contemporary wall art and apparel. At Quilts 2013, the story behind
each quilt, along with the quilter’s name and judging information are also
displayed. As you explore the gorgeous quilts on display, visitors are
encouraged to vote for their favorite entries to receive the People’s Choice
award!
Quilts 2013, presented by Red
Roof Inn of Willoughby and Discount Drug Mart, opens Saturday, February 16 and
runs through March 27. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Tuesday through Sunday. The
exhibit is also open on Presidents’ Day as part of the Discovery Day event.
Quilts 2013 is included with regular Farmpark admission. Farmpark members enter Farmpark free during Quilts 2013.
